Here at The Ridgeway Leisure Centre, our team are passionate about fitness and wellbeing! We can’t get enough of inspiring the students of the adjoining Ridgeway School or our members to keep an active lifestyle and at the heart of this is the enthusiasm of our lively and friendly team.

We are looking for a Leisure Centre Duty Manager to take up this exciting opportunity to deliver the aims of our sporting facility by providing a safe, positive customer experience in line with community, commercial and participation objectives.

Key responsibilities will include actively managing and motivating our leisure centre staff; being responsible for the day to day duty management and running of the centre with a keen eye for excellent customer service; contributing to budgets, planning and marketing of the centre and ensuring the centre is compliant with TWHF visions, values, processes and procedures. We want to make sure our leisure experiences for all visitors feels comfortable and safe.

Hours of Work:

Week 1 - 22.75 hours

Wed: 1500 - 2230
Thurs: 0700 - 1500
Fri: 1500 - 2215 

Week 2 - 24 hours

Fri: 0700 - 1500
Sat: 0830 - 1630
Sun: 0730 - 1530 

Week 3 - 15.5 hours

Wed: 1500 - 2230
Thurs: 0700 - 1500
