Are you a motivated individual looking for part time work in a successful secondary school?

New Rickstones Academy and Maltings Academy both have a state of the art new building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff.  The academies have a busy lettings calendar and our Lettings Co-ordinators provide an efficient and professional lettings service and act as a keyholder for letting periods. The successful candidates will have previous experience working in a customer-facing role with knowledge of health and safety and building security.  We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, able to work independently with excellent communication and customer service skills.

We have two roles available, one based at New Rickstones Academy and one based at Maltings Academy.  Both roles are for 6 hours per week on a Saturday, 8am to 2pm and the roles are due to start as soon as possible.

About New Rickstones Academy

New Rickstones Academy is a secondary school based in Witham.  This is an exciting time to join New Rickstones Academy as we continue to expand. Over the last 8 years, student numbers have more than doubled, leading to oversubscription and the addition of a new building in September 2022 to accommodate the growing demand.

We maintained our 'Good' OFSTED rating in 2023.  Whilst learning is our core aim, mutual respect and fantastic working relationships between students and staff is what makes New Rickstones Academy what it is.
