Grade: Aquinas 4

Hours: 21 hours per week, 41 weeks per year.

Full Time Salary: £ 24,323.00 p.a. - £26,144.00 p.a.

Pro-Rata Salary: £12,952.98 p.a. – £13,922.74 p.a.

Accountable to: School Business Manager


Start Date: Immediate Start

Main Purpose of Job

To support the School Business Manager in the operational efficiency of the school finance function. Support Senior Management in letting the site facilities.

·          To be responsible for lettings coordination.

·          Review charges for lettings with the School Business manager annually.

·          Meet with new hirers and be the point of contact for new enquiries and existing bookings.

·          Ensure booking fees have been calculated correctly and hirers are up to date with payments.

·          Send out documentation and contracts, liaising with required staff.

·          Raise invoices for cost of hire for lettings.

·          Liaise with the Premises team regarding the lettings calendar.

·          Promote the School site in relation to lettings to maximise income and minimise vacant slots.

·          Collate booking forms and review safeguarding information.

·          Maintain records of statutory requirements from hirers such as insurance documents.
