Part Time - One Year Fixed Term

Salary: Grade 5, Points 5-7 of the Meridian Trust Support pay scale. £21,575 – £22,369 full-time equivalent. Enhanced rates for weekend working.

Hours of work: Part time 12 hours per week, with the potential for either 40 weeks (term time only plus 2 weeks) or 52 weeks per year. Up to 6 hours each Saturday, with a further 6 hours to be worked over weekday evenings or weekends.

We are now looking to appoint a Lettings Site Assistant within our Support Team who shares our core values which are set out clearly in the job description. This post will be a wonderfully rewarding experience for the successful candidate as they will be joining a supportive team which is well resourced and be part of our wider Meridian Trust family.

The Successful candidate will provide a friendly, effective lettings operation, in conjunction with site and facilities team colleagues, during periods of lettings, to ensure the site and premises are safe, secure and available for use.

· Good educational background

· Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity

· Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team, as well as on own initiative

· The interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, students, parents, and other outside agencies

· Ability to remain calm and professional at all times

· Flexibility of working hours, committed and reliable with excellent timekeeping
