At the Springwell Lincolnshire Learning Community, you will work as part of a team committed to collaboration, creativity and innovation. We are dedicated to bringing the very best practice and resources to each of our settings. We are dedicated to developing a diverse, relevant and engaging curriculum, delivered through learning experiences built around the individual needs of our children and young people. Your challenge will be to ensure that young people have the appropriate level of support, within and outside of the classroom, supporting academic and social progress.
In September 2018, our first free school will be opening in Spalding and we require exceptional people to join our team. This role plays a crucial role in supporting the class teacher meet the needs of all our young people that come through our doors. We aim to provide world class education and we recognise the importance of the teaching assistant role in achieving this.
If you are interested in transforming the lives and opportunities of young people with SEMH needs, we will be very interested to hear from you.
