Godmanchester Bridge Academy is seeking to appoint well organised, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistants to work 1:1 and in a small group with children across the school.

Contract type: Fixed term to August 2023, 30 hours per week, (38 weeks per year).

Salary: Level 2 dependent on experience, (FTE from £21,575 - £21,968, namely £16,698 - £17,002)

Level 2 1:1 Teaching Assistant

• Enjoy and have experience of working with a range of children with a variety of needs
• Have experience in following teaching plans and using a wide range of positive behaviour strategies

• Be creative, flexible, and kind in their approach to supporting children to achieve their best
• Support the needs of the individual child including intimate and medical care
