Place of work: North London, N7 9EY

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week – the nursery is open from 8am to 6pm, 48 weeks of the year and staff work within a shift system. This is a permanent position.

Start: Asap

Salary: £21,500 - £26,500 dependant on qualifications and experience and will be discussed at interview stage.

Person specification:

As our ideal nursery practitioner, you will be flexible and creative with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. You will have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be passionate about child development. It is essential for this role to hold Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification e.g. NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education. However, we will also consider candidates who hold their Level 2 qualification and have experience working with children.

Key responsibilities:

You will be a key person to a specific group of children and be responsible for liaising with parents on all aspects of their child's care and development. This position involves monitoring children’s development, progression and planning their next steps.
