We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 SEND teaching assistant to join Meynell Primary School on 1st September 2026 to cover maternity leave.

  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills that motivate and inspire children to achieve their very best​​

  • Have highly effective communication, organisational and teamwork skills.​

Qualifications and Experience

​

  • Meet teaching assistant standards or equivalent qualification or experience ​​

  • Excellent numeracy/literacy skills – GCSEs or equivalent to NVQ level 2 in English and maths.​​

  • Training in the relevant learning strategies ​

  • Experience of  SEND​
