£14,012 - £14,614 (per annum pro rata)

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 700 employees and over 5,000 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our committed and talented team of staff at Rufford Primary School.  The schools key values include hard work, positivity and kindness, and we are looking for staff who can model these values.

Qualified candidates should be organised, self-motivated and confident as well as being extremely good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and good IT Skills.

Main Duties:

• To undertake work/care/support programmes, enabling access to learning. 

• To assist teachers in the management of students within the classroom. 

• To support teaching staff in the development and education of students. 

• To support the deliverance of specialist provisions. 

You should have:

• Grade C GCSE/equivalent in English and Maths (L2 Key Skills accepted).

• Teaching Assistant NVQ Level 2 or relevant equivalent.
