We are currently seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Position: Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant
Education Stage: Early Years Foundation Stage

Role Overview:
As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support young children’s learning and development within the EYFS curriculum. You will help create an engaging, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in working with young children
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with children, staff, and parents
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while showing initiative when appropriate
- Basic understanding of child development principles or willingness to learn
- Level 3 qualification relevant to early years education
- Patience, reliability, and enthusiasm for supporting children's learning journeys
