We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. This is a chance for a hardworking and energetic Teaching Assistant to join our highly successful team of mutually supportive colleagues whose shared purpose is to inspire and challenge all pupils at Atlantic Academy and want to make a difference.

During the apprenticeship you will undertake the Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification and will provide support to teaching staff by assisting in the delivery of class-based tasks to groups or individual students.

You will have first-hand experience of the opportunities and challenges of working in a Primary setting, and training to support your success in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work with other educational professionals in a range of roles.

Part of your working week will be dedicated to your training, an agreed training plan on an ongoing basis across the programme, much of this will be completed in Academy with supplemental webinar and face to face learning.

Hours: 37 total hours including 6 hours per week for your Apprenticeship training, 39 weeks per year (plus holiday entitlement)

- your GCSE certificates for Maths, English and Science (Grade 4/C or higher)
