Permanent – 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm – term time only plus 5 days,

Actual Pay Range;

Band 7, SCP 11-17 £24,054 - £26,845

Under 5 years service: (Actual Pro Rata Annual Salary: £19,568 - £21, 838)

Over 5 years service: (Actual Pro Rata Salary £19,841 to £22,143)

Plus a Lunchtime Supervisor contract of 2.5 hours per week, annual salary £1,153

The Governing Body of Beechcliffe School are looking to appoint a number of enthusiastic and hardworking Special Needs Teaching Assistants to support our KS3 and KS4 learners. Successful candidates will be based on the Thackley site.​

Beechcliffe School, Thackley is a long-term specialist provision for children with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Job Information:

You will have relevant experience in working with students with social emotional and mental health needs or have a recognised qualification.

The successful candidate must be fluent in English – The Immigration Act 2016 has introduced a new requirement for public authorities from October 2016 to ensure that workers in customer facing roles speak fluent English. This is a statutory requirement.
