A large primary school in Hall Green, Birmingham are recruiting for a Level 3 TA to join their team on a long-term basis from April 2019. The position will be 4 days per week working on a 1-1 basis with a Y2 child who needs additional support for SEN.

The school also benefits from modern resources within each classroom and has good relationships with the surrounding community.
The Head is looking to recruit a reliable and organised classroom practitioner who can show commitment towards supporting school developments and can thrive as part of a team. To be considered for this role, you must be NVQ Level 3 qualified (above or equivalent) and you will be a confident and proactive individual. You must demonstrate excellent curriculum knowledge, and you will demonstrate the high regard for health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you.
We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
