Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a minimum qualification of Certificate and at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our dedicated team. As a Teacher's Aide/Education Assistant for Key Stage 1, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing individualized support to students.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant at the primary level
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools
