The hours for this post are 8am until 4pm 4 days per week and 8am to 3pm 1 day per week. To be negotiated.
This post is term time plus 2 weeks during school holidays. To be agreed annually.
Salary range FTE £26,357 to £28,899 actual salary £24,566 to £26,935
Required for: September 2023
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Librarian with the enthusiasm to help us move forward on our ambitious improvement journey. As a growing school, this post offers an exciting opportunity to a talented individual who is passionate about making a difference to young people’s education.
The ideal candidate will:
· Promote the use of the Library & Study Centre to the school community and foster an atmosphere which is conductive to positive learning experiences for users of the service
· Be an excellent communicator and listener, able to consider the needs of different school functions.
· Be a sound and effective team player, collaborating effectively and contributing to a culture of high standards and excellent service delivery
· Be willing to go the extra mile to deliver ambitious plans for the benefit of our students and wider community.
