We are looking to appoint an outstanding Librarian/Media Center Manager to join our team of dedicated and hard-working professionals.

With proven organisational and personnel skills you will be an excellent communicator who gets on well with colleagues, students and parents within an international and multi-cultural setting.  You will have a vision for how modern 21st Century libraries can support learners and how they can be the central resource for learning, research and collaboration for the community. Amongst other things, you will have a good sense of humour and will be driven by your passion to develop and grow our new Agora (our Greek market place of ides).

In fulfilling the requirements of the post, the successful candidate will demonstrate essential professional characteristics, and in particular will:

  • Assume overall responsibility for our Agora and ensure it becomes the central space for  all types of research, learning and sharing of ideas for our community.
  • Work in collaboration with our teaching team to support student learning;
  • Contribute to building a positive school culture;
  • Engage with colleagues, parents and student students in a welcoming and professional manner;
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Promote the wider aspirations and values of the school in line with the school’s strategic plan;
  • Work with the MAC team to continue to grow student enrolment.
