Wilmington Grammar School for Girls was founded in 1958, our school has been helping girls to secure outstanding academic results and providing a well-rounded experience for over half a century. We are looking to appoint a Librarian to work within our library providing support to students.
As Librarian you will be responsible for the acquisition, organisation, dissemination, and effective use of resources appropriate to the learning needs of students.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Keen interest and passion for the education of young people and the ability to contribute more widely to the life and community of the school.
- Act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct to ensure that good behaviour is maintained.
- Ability to organise own time to ensure that resources are available when required.

Founded in 1958, Wilmington Grammar School for Girls has been helping girls to secure outstanding academic results and providing a well-rounded experience for over half a century. From Year 7 to Year 11, students are taught in a single sex environment. In sixth form however, we offer an unparalleled range of curricular opportunities through our partnership with Wilmington Grammar School for Boys.
