Job overview

Nottingham Girls’ High School are seeking to appoint a dynamic, forward thinking Librarian who will continue to develop the school libraries as active learning hubs, which are integral to the School’s teaching and learning. 

You will play a key role in the management, development and promotion of the Junior and Senior School library service, ensuring all students and staff have ready access to a broad and relevant range of reading matter, reference materials, research tools and information services. You will also be responsible for the school archives.

If you are a qualified and experienced chartered librarian, with a love of children’s literature who can encourage independent learning and reading for pleasure amongst our happy, curious girls we would be delighted to hear from you.
