Librarian (Shaftesbury School) – Salary £23,559 - £27,040 (actual salary per annum), 40 weeks pa (term time + 2 weeks), 37 hours per week. 

This is a temporary contract to start from January 2018 to cover maternity leave. You must be a qualified librarian. This position is to manage our Learning Resource Centre to support effective teaching and learning in the school. This role involves liaising with staff, students and other library users and supervising students who are not accompanied by a teacher. The successful candidate will be required to keep abreast of developments in the curriculum and new education initiatives, and promote the use of the Learning Resource Centre through means such as displays and events.
