Salary: Scale 2 Point 11-13, £13,745 to £14,220 per annum

The Northworthy Trust are inviting applications for the above post based at The Long Eaton School.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team of staff, who are committed to improving attainment levels across the school through their passion for teaching and learning.  

The successful applicant will be professional, adaptable and dedicated to delivering high quality Library experience to the students and staff of the school.  You will have strong communication skills and will be able to work well within a team, yet be able to demonstrate an ability to utilise your own initiative.  You will be motivated and resilient and be able to demonstrate the skills required to encourage students to develop a life-long love of reading and literature.  The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their experience of a similar role and their suitability to working within a busy secondary school environment.  A minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English, Maths and Science are essential, and relevant vocational qualifications are desirable.
