An opportunity has arisen for a Library Assistant to support the operation of the College libraries. You will maintain the highest standard of customer care whether in person, on the telephone or by e-mail and will support library users by facilitating the learning process in a variety of ways, which includes supporting customers in accessing learning resources, and providing IT support. You will make use of the Library Management System for the input of data, and for stock management.
The successful candidate will hold level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications, and will also have experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
The post will involve working 37 hours per week. The post will require you to work at both our Conway Park and Twelve Quays Campuses.
