Little Downsend Administrator - Term Time Plus

Required to start September 2022

A vacancy has arisen for an administrator to work Monday to Friday from 8.30am-4.00pm. This role is term time only plus 5 weeks to be worked over the school holiday periods throughout the year.  It is a fixed term contract for 1 year.   

A suitably experienced candidate is required to primarily support the Head Teacher and Head of School in the day to day running of the school. This includes managing the school’s diary, managing all correspondence to parents and maintaining the database, pupil files and registration procedures. As well as this, a vital part of this role is arranging trips, clubs, Parents’ Evenings and other key events.  This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced and flexible individual to work within our Little Downsend administrative team.  A competitive salary is on offer commensurate with this important role.
