Job overview
We are looking for an LMS Support Analyst to join our central team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with the Harris Leadership College (HLC) team, you will provide digital learning support for the School Led Network (SLN) Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate participants' attendance on NPQ programmes. This will include first-line support for platform related queries, quality assurance of content sequencing and uploading of training material.
The role will entail regular and varied engagement with Harris Federation colleagues and external stakeholders, including multiple SLN delivery partners and digital platform users.
You will need to have excellent IT skills and a basic understanding of project management disciplines, such as planning, reporting, risk management, communication and good organisational skills. A background in education is not essential.
Training and professional development will be a fundamental part of the role, and you will have ample opportunity to progress within the organisation.

Main Areas of Responsibility
Specific areas of responsibility will include:
- Digital Learning Support, supporting the enabling and operationalising of digital learning strategies/solutions across all aspects of Harris Leadership College's (HLC) provision
- SLN Digital Platform Support, including offering first-line support to digital platform users and troubleshooting emerging platform issues
- Business support and analysis, including producing programme data reports via PowerBi (training to be provided) as required.

Qualifications & Experience
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Qualifications to A-Level (A*-C) standard (or equivalent). Qualifications to degree level education are desirable, but not essential.
- A competent IT skill-set, including working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience of working in a professional and high-paced environment.
- Proven and well-developed interpersonal skills, including good communication both written and verbal.
- Good administrative skills with an excellent eye for to detail, including proof reading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
