Have you got what it takes to help us change lives for the better? As our Local Authority Partnership Manager, you’ll be securing outstanding, specialist education and care for vulnerable children and young people.

Your role

You’ll work with parents, carers and local authorities, showing them what Witherslack Group can do for children and young people with complex and challenging needs. While you’ll have targets, there’s no place for hard sales or cold calling in our team. Instead, you’ll be working to build relationships and highlight the benefits we offer. It’s all about explaining why our schools, children’s homes and integrated provisions really are a league apart. Each referral you generate could mean outstanding care and education for another child or young person. In short, you could play a pivotal role in improving their lives.

Your profile

Local authorities, parents and carers want the best for the child or young person they look after, the most important thing is to show real understanding. The key is to have empathy and work with your contacts to secure the best possible child centered package.

Perhaps you’ve worked in fundraising, recruitment, business development or account management. It’s essential you have knowledge of either the education, social services, health or public sector. Whatever your background, you’ll know that success depends on building relationships and delivering excellent customer service. That’s why you’re good with people and fantastic in a team.
