Rosemary Works is a fresh, new kind of school. It is open and transparent, energetic, fluid and celebratory. It is not fixed in its ways.

The school provides parameters and expectations within which the pupils and staff operate – expected behaviour, expected results. Within these parameters the teachers are tasked with engaging, inspiring and challenging every individual.

Every teacher and assistant knows every one of the children, this is more than just remembering names -every child knows every adult and vice versa, giving the school an inclusive, informal, family atmosphere.
