All new staff join our supportive induction and professional development programme.

Following our successful Ofsted in January 2017 you will be joining The Grove at a time when we are seeking to build on the good practice that has been established, further raising the aspirations of and improving the outcomes for all children. You will be working with our motivated and enthusiastic children alongside our talented, creative and dedicated team.
