We are seeking to appoint a Lower School Coordinator for English to support the Head of English in developing teaching and learning and the curriculum in the lower school in order to build the foundations for high level student achievement at GCSE level. This position will provide an excellent opportunity for both recently qualified teachers who wish to develop their career towards Middle Leader level and more experienced teachers seeking additional responsibility.  

The ideal candidate will be:- 

• An enthusiastic teacher with excellent subject knowledge 

• Dynamic and inspirational with outstanding skills of communication and student engagement 

• Committed to raising attainment of all students 

• Able to respond positively and creatively to the changing expectations of the subject
