Thomas’s Kensington are looking to appoint an efficient, enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Lower School Secretary for our Lower School Office. Hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will act as the first point of call for parents and school visitors, answering telephone calls and completing registration as well as providing general administrative support in the office and pastoral care for children.
You will need to have excellent IT and interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner and be able to deal sensitively with a range of children, parents and outside agencies. This is a maternity cover position.
