This high achieving girls’ school is looking for a Lunchtime Meals Supervisor to work daily between 12.30am to 14.00pm, supervising students aged 11-18 over the lunchtime period.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following essential skills:
- Have experience of working with this age group and enjoy being part of a lively community
- Be able to handle challenging situations with students confidently and assertively but in a non-confrontational manner
- Be resilient and demonstrate the ability to work well in a team
- Be comfortable working within the Christian ethos of the school
- Respect and value the different experiences, ideas and backgrounds others bring to the school community
- Recent knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working, and the protection of children
- Willing to work within organisational procedures, processes and to meet required standards for the role
- Be committed to continual personal and professional development
