The West London and Earl’s Court Free School Primaries are part of the Knowledge Schools Trust. They are non-selective primary schools based on the same site in Hammersmith, West London. Staff work closely with colleagues at the Kensington Primary Academy, also part of the Trust.

We are looking for Lunchtime Supervisors to deliver the highest quality learning experiences to pupils and ensure safety and harmonious play at lunchtime and in their designated class after lunch.


Key responsibilities and overall objectives:

 

1.      To supervise family dining and playtime during the lunch break.

2.      To encourage the children in positive behaviour and play in the lunch hall and in the playground.

3.      To demonstrate and maintain high expectations, in line with the school vision and values, of oneself, of other staff and of pupils and parents/carers.

4.      To support pupils in their personal, social, health and emotional development.

5.      To provide first aid care to all pupils at lunchtime and maintain records in line with the school policies.

6.      To be committed to the development of the WLFSP as a school with outstanding practice.
