Compass International School Doha (CISD) is looking to appoint an outstanding MAC Support to join a well-established and supportive Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team in a highly successful and growing school. The MAC Support role plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing, admissions, and communications functions of the school. This multifaceted positions blends creativity with operational support, helping to produce brand-aligned content, manage social media platforms, support event promotions, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective and current families.
Excellent written and spoken English required. Bilingual in both Arabic and English is preferred.

About the role
The MAC Support role at CISD supports the Marketing, Admissions, and Communications team by creating brand-aligned visual content, managing social media platforms, and promoting school events. The role also involves ensuring compliance with brand and safeguarding standards. It requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
Collaborate to design and produce visual content for digital, print, and OOH campaigns, promotional materials, merchandise, and internal communication.
Ensure all designs strictly adhere to Nord Anglia Education (NAE) brand guidelines and Qatar’s Ministry of Education (MoEHE) standards.
Create engaging content for the school’s social media channels, ensuring timely updates and consistent tone and visuals across all platforms.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and quality production of printed materials, digital media, and branded merchandise.
Support high-quality videography and photography for internal and external use, maintaining a library of digital assets.
Co-organize and promote school events by leading design tasks and social media marketing activities.
Ensure all visual content involving students complies with NAE’s safeguarding policies and CISD’s parental consent guidelines.
Build and nurture relationships with community stakeholders and internal departments to support marketing partnerships and initiatives.
Assist MAC team in various responsibilities, as needed.
Admissions & Administrative Support
Aid the Admissions team with filing, record auditing, and general administrative coverage during peak periods.
At times, provide phone and CRM outreach to prospective and current parents as part of customer engagement and retention strategies.
Support front desk operations when needed, ensuring a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and callers.
Assist MAC team in various responsibilities, as needed.
Compliance & Project Management
Maintain project timelines for creative outputs, ensuring all marketing and communications materials are delivered on schedule.
Cooperate in the preparation of marketing and admissions documentation required for internal and external audits.

Skills and Competencies
The main skills required to endorse this role are:
Strong graphic design and content creation skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva.
Proven ability to manage social media platforms effectively and creatively.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Photography, videography, and basic video editing capabilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Resilient and flexible under pressure, especially during busy times.
Hands-on approach with solid organizational skills.
Demonstrates a keen ability to follow directions and deliver expected outcomes.
Creative and technical thinking ability.
Self-motivated and adaptable to different tasks at hand.
The desirable skills for this role are:
Previous experience in school or educational environment.
Familiarity with brand design and adhering to guidelines.
Understanding of CRM systems and school admissions processes.
Experience of digital marketing and campaign development.
Photography, videography, and graphic design proficiency using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, and Envato.
Advanced bilingual proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferable.
