An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Main Grade Lecturer - Chemistry has arisen in one of the country’s largest colleges.  Graded as Good by Ofsted in October 2017 and with a turnover of £40m annually the college is the largest in the Liverpool City Region, servicing c12,000 learners each year from a diverse variety of backgrounds.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with recent experience of teaching in the curriculum area to teach Chemistry. You will contribute to achieving excellence in teaching and learning through innovative and excellent practice, and be expected to create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students through high quality teaching, learning and assessment.  You will deliver teaching and learning on all levels, from Level 1 through to Level 3, knowledge of BTEC verification and ability to teach level 4 or 5 will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level in Chemistry or an alternative relevant qualification; coupled with a recognised Teaching qualification or be working towards achieving this.
