We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner who has the ability to deliver inspirational teaching and learning in Maths. The successful candidate will have experience in teaching Maths up to GCSE level. They will also have a strong desire to share a love of Maths and motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential.  

The successful candidate will have experience of consistently good teaching and learning delivery methods including the use of innovative Information Learning Technologies and individualised learning plans. The successful candidate will be required to manage and support diverse groups of learners through Maths programmes in Functional Skills and GCSE Maths to learners from across a range of courses including vocational, 19+ and apprenticeships. This will require a clear understanding of strategies for raising performance and using monitoring and evaluation processes to improve student progress.  

Candidates who are new to the profession and can demonstrate, through interview, a high level of capability are encouraged to apply.
