Maintenance and Estates Worker (with carpentry skills)
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £20,165 per annum
Reporting to: Estates Bursar
Disclosure level: Enhanced
Hours: 37.5 h p/w, Monday to Friday from 07:00 – 15:30 (including weekends as required)
This includes 1-hour daily unpaid break.
Focusing primarily on Carpentry, the individual is to work on new projects, refurbishments and repairs to the school’s buildings and to undertake general Estates duties to the required standard and within allocated timescales for the benefit of pupils and visitors. Training, mainly focusing on health and safety will also be required as a part of this role as well as other duties as directed by the Estates Bursar.
