The successful applicant will:

This role is described in the attached role description. The role requires initiative, skill and attention to detail to ensure that our buildings and amenities are in good repair, suitable for the purpose of education and reflective of a caring and committed community. That all comes down to having a 'pride in the place'. The specifics in the role are detailed in the description but it is a case of seeing what needs to be done and taking steps to ensure that repairs are made or something is done about the situation. That can entail doing it oneself, but it also means effectively communication with the maintenance and safety team and the line manage who is the Business Manager. We are looking for a capable and committed person who is resourceful and personable.

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
