Applicants are invited for a friendly and reliable individual to support the Maintenance staff at the College. Responsible for undertaking all aspects of general maintenance jobs, including shelving, picture hanging, painting, plastering and general repairs.
The successful candidate will be flexible and have a positive attitude to work within a team and alone, with the ability to interact with courtesy and tact at all levels.
The successful candidate will be working 40 hours per week from 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday with a 45 minute lunch break. In addition, there will be a requirement to work Open Mornings (on a rota) from 7am to 10am and to work the last weekend of the summer holidays (both of which will be paid as overtime). Overtime may be available on other occasions too from time to time.
