£19,942 per annum, 39 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and enthusiastic maintenance person to join our Facilities department. This post will help ensure the smooth running and operation of the site buildings and facilities. The role offers the opportunity to carry out a variety of tasks and assist with a wide range of planned maintenance, painting and decorating plus reactive repair tasks.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have a hands-on flexible approach. Applicants should have experience in painting and decorating and some knowledge in the following areas: carpentry, electrical work, plumbing or building. The ability to work as part of a team and problem solve is essential. Candidates should be able to offer flexibility in working hours including occasional weekend working.
