About the Role

Due to continued growth Apprenticeships at Salford City College require two Management Training Associates Dynamic, motivated and experienced individuals are needed to lead, develop and deliver a consistently

outstanding learning experience to our leadership and management apprentices. Working in collaboration with committed and passionate employers, the individuals must have significant leadership experience, be able to inspire leaders across a range of sectors through high quality, innovative teaching and learning. Ideally possessing experience of developing and delivering high quality leadership and management programmes within the apprenticeship sector.

You will be joining a team of people who are committed to supporting learners to achieve outstanding outcomes in a fast-growing sector, delivering and assessing apprenticeship Standards up to Level 7. Experience, a flexible approach and a passion for developing others to improve their skills, knowledge and behaviours is key as is the ability to manage client/employer relationships.
