About the role:

This is a job share opportunity to provide account management services for marketing and admissions activities that support recruitment to College targets across the Group.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver marketing plans and campaigns that facilitates recruitment to College targets for adults and higher education across the three College brands. Areas of responsibility will include campaign management, budget and financial reporting, attendance at internal and external events, planning and development of online and offline marketing materials such as prospectuses and course leaflets, digital campaigns, overseeing the adult and higher education content of the website and other online marketing resources.

This role demands qualitative and statistical analysis and information assessment in order to provide strategic recommendations for the development and direction of adult and higher education recruitment across the Group.

About you:

You will need to be an excellent communicator with an ability to liaise and present professionally and with confidence. A background in marketing and communications is essential with excellent organisational and analytical skills. A knowledge of the FE environment is desirable but not essential, we are looking for a creative, passionate individual with a natural flair for writing and an energy for developing innovative projects that deliver.

About Westminster Kingsway College

Westminster Kingsway College, Regent’s Park is one of two campuses part of Westminster Kingsway College, a further education college based in central London. The college provides a wide range of courses for both 16-19 school leavers and adults looking to further their education. The college was established under its current name in the year 2000, following a merger of Kingsway and Westminster Colleges. The Regent’s Park campus is responsible for providing the colleges employability services, as well as a number of vocational courses and pre-apprenticeship provision.

Westminster Kingsway College provides a range of services to local adults and school leavers looking to gain further qualifications. Adult courses are mainly offered part-time, and designed to be as flexible as possible in order to be accessible to working people. In addition, the college provides a number of entry-level courses, including basic English and maths courses, as well as clubs and classes for people out of work. 16-19 year olds have the option to study both academic and vocational courses, in addition to apprenticeships.
