Marketing and Admissions Assistant
Full time 37.5 hours per week, all through the year
The Marketing and Admissions office is an interesting and fast-paced working environment, you will be expected to support the Marketing and Admissions department and assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing the school. This role provides plenty of opportunity and scope to display initiative and express your creativity.
Marketing:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing the school
- Assist with the design and production of a wide range of printed marketing materials to include newsletters, booklets and flyers (both in house and through design agencies)
- Update the school website
- Represent the school, in conjunction with other members of the Marketing and Admissions team, at external marketing events
- Help maintain and update the school’s photographic library and marketing displays around the school including poster boards, plasma screens etc.
- Take photographs of school events and activities
- Assist the Old Girls’ Association by maintaining the database and producing communications
Admissions:
- Handle day to day admissions enquiries to the Junior and Senior School
- Assist with all key marketing and admissions events including visitors’ mornings, senior school activities morning, entrance examinations and senior school new girls’ day
- Help maintain the admissions database for all enquiries
- Assist with mailshots to prospective parents and feeder schools
- Respond to prospectus requests efficiently
- Be a front line ambassador for the school and be willing to represent the school at a range of events
- Tour individual visitors round the school as required
