Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and communications? Are you skilled in managing diverse responsibilities, including overseeing a reprographics department, facilitating Year 7 transitions, and developing effective marketing strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will oversee our reprographics department, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of high-quality materials. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate resources will be crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow and meeting the needs of our internal teams.

Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate with stakeholders and plan effective transition events. In addition, your expertise in marketing strategies will be instrumental in enhancing our school’s visibility and engagement.

You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, leveraging various channels to reach our target audience effectively. Your creativity and analytical mindset will enable you to identify emerging trends, assess campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to maximise our impact.

To thrive in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to convey our school’s messaging to diverse audiences effectively. Your ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Hours: 36 hours a week, 52 weeks
