The College is seeking to appoint an experienced Marketing and Communications Officer to facilitate the promotion of the College to the Canberra community. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating a whole-school marketing strategy and developing print and digital media that builds the College’s brand. Relevant qualifications in communications or a related field such as public relations, marketing or journalism, although not essential, will be highly regarded.

The Marketing and Communications Officer will be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders, continually working to improve marketing and communication practices, processes and outcomes for the College.

This is a full-time position during school term time, with some duties in the role requiring attending at out of hours College events. Consideration will be given to applicants who have the right skills and experience wishing to work part time.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with Catholic Education Office policy.
