Applications are invited for the position of a Marketing and Enrolments Officer, to work as part of the team in our busy office. The primary responsibility of the position is to liaise with parents to provide effective and efficient completion of all tasks associated with the enrolment and admission of new students to the College together with the effective media presence of the College.
Applicants should have experience with social media. Prior experience with eMinerva software package would be highly advantageous. The successful applicant will display proven communication and interpersonal skills and a flexible approach. As this is ‘Child related employment’, a Blue card will be required.
To be successful in this role you will:
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement; and
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
Estimated Start Date: Commencing 3 May 2021
Position Tenure: Fixed Term
Weeks Worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)
Tenure Duration (If Fixed Term): remainder of 2021 school year
Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required: 3 May - 29 May 10 Hours/Week 31 May - 3 December 2021 30 Hours/Week
Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 4 - $31.44 per hour
Employment Conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
