Job overview

Based at Hazlegrove Prep School, the Marketing team provide full support to the School with regards to both internal and external promotions and events.

We are looking to appoint a Marketing and Events Administrator to support the Head of Admissions and Marketing. The position is a temporary, full-time position during Term time (37 weeks), covering the maternity leave of our current Administrator from March 2023

Working in a friendly environment, the role provides an exciting opportunity for a wide range of contact with staff, schools and the community. We are looking for an administrator who has the ability to support in marketing the School creatively to current and prospective parents.

The successful applicant must be enthusiastic and creative, IT literate with experience of social media channels and website content management. You will also need the ability to work as part of a small team and independently when required, in this demanding and very varied role.
