Truro and Penwith College has a number of vacancies across a range of new European Social Fund (ESF) projects, which will address skills gaps and support individuals with training and information, advice and guidance across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

ESF GROW DIGITAL

This project will entail the design, development and delivery of employer-led digital skills training to support SME and Micro-Businesses in West Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. 

We are looking for a dynamic, creative and proactive individual who is passionate about developing people and supporting local businesses to develop their digital marketing expertise. This individual must have a strong background in digital and e-mail marketing and experience of developing and delivering campaigns for both acquisition and retention purposes. Preferable candidates would also possess good links within the digital marketing industry. The post holder will coach digital marketing apprentices to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns within their businesses, growing their knowledge, skills and confidence in the process. They will also work with employers to develop digital marketing training solutions so should be adept at building and developing relationships with external stakeholders. Applicants should have project coordination experience and ideally experience in or knowledge of European Social Fund activity.
