The Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative marketing and recruitment campaigns across our campuses. You’ll support curriculum teams, lead on exciting events like open days and student awards, and help grow our presence in the community through outreach and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive student recruitment
Create engaging digital content for social media, email, and the website
Coordinate college events and promotional activities
Manage internal communications across campuses
Build relationships with local schools and community groups
Collaborate with curriculum teams to showcase the best of our teaching and learning

Who You Are:

Degree-level education or equivalent experience
2+ years in a marketing or communications role
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
Organised, proactive, and a great team player

Welcome to the Attlee A Level Academy, our dedicated centre in E1 focused on high academic achievement and university progression. We are named after Clement Attlee, a former UK Prime Minister and great advocate for social equality and advancement.

Our students have progressed to top universities this year including Clare College Cambridge, UCL, Queen Mary, Sussex and York amongst others to study degrees in natural science, chemistry, engineering, law and psychology. Come and join us and thrive in our dedicated A Level centre in E1.

What we offer

We provide education and training to young people aged from 14-18 years and to adult learners. This includes a large offering of 100+ courses at A-Levels to vocational in a range of subjects including business, IT, performing arts, graphic design, games design, social sciences, maths and science, health and social care, trade skills and catering, as well as pre-university entry courses such as Access to Higher Education and Higher National Certificates.
