Marketing Executive

Evolvence Knowledge Investments manage several prestigious British Curriculum schools and nurseries across the region, including Repton School Dubai, Repton School Abu Dhabi, Repton School Al Barsha (formerly Foremarke School Dubai) and Dovecote nursery brands.

Job Purpose:

Based in our Corporate Office on Sheikh Zayed Road, the job is primarily focused on developing marketing projects to promote our schools and nurseries. The Marketing Executive must organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference to our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements

Main duties and responsibilities:  

• Liaise and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders to ensure collaboration and achieve departmental objectives   
• Lead and report offline retention and recruitment activities such as open mornings, nursery and school fairs, exhibitions    
• Lead and report on PR activities and events   
• Manage the production of marketing assets, including coordinating photo and video shoots   
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition   
• Lead and manage departmental operations such as invoicing, internal & external approvals    
• Liaise with relevant Finance departments to manage and report on Marketing budgets   
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and activities and preparing Project Reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field from an accredited and renowned University

Experience:

2-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in an education  or retail environment
