Marketing Manager

Salary to £28,000 DoE

This represents a fantastic opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic marketing professional to join a successful Marketing and Admissions Team in their next step on their marketing career. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and Admissions and be responsible for the creation and delivery of our marketing communications to support pupil recruitment. As an excellent communications specialist, you will have proven skills in writing, proofing and editing copy, to a consistent high quality, for both offline and online environments to promote the Wycliffe ethos and engage and interact with our parents, pupils and other stakeholders.

You will need to have practical marketing experience in digital marketing, the use of social media platforms and website management, as well as running marketing campaigns including advertising and events. This is a busy but incredibly rewarding role, where no two days are ever the same, and requires a high level of organisational skills as you will be running a number of projects and activities simultaneously. Experience in and/or an enjoyment of photography and video production would be a distinct advantage. There will be some evening and weekend work required to support key events.

With superb facilities, a beautiful working environment, a reputation for pastoral and extra-curricular excellence and an idiosyncratic heritage (Wycliffe College was founded in 1882), Wycliffe is a special place to work.

This is a permanent, full time role covering 52 weeks a year with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. 37.5 hours per week (8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday) with an hour for lunch.

  • cycle to work scheme
  • free meals during school term-time
  • free use of gym, sports facilities and swimming pool (during set times)
  • training and development opportunities
  • free on-site parking
  • subsidised coffee-shop.
