Trinity Multi-Academy Trust is a forward thinking, vibrant and rapidly growing trust and our people are key to our continued growth and success.

We are a Diocesan multi-academy trust, committed to working within a respectful and compassionate environment. Our CEO is a National Leader of Education and our flagship academy, Trinity Academy Halifax is designated as a National Support School through its work in improving other schools.

As well as our cross-phase provision, the trust hosts the Trinity Teaching School Alliance (led by Trinity Academy Halifax). In addition, the academy also gained Maths Hub status, with the West Yorkshire Maths Hub being just one of just 35 schools in the country to be given this accolade. These initiatives benefit the staff across our family of schools by providing specialist support from some of the best practitioners and leaders, regardless of location.

The trust currently comprises of 5 academies, including secondary, primary and a post-16 free school. We are set to increase the number of academies within the trust over the next 12 months.

Due to recent developments, we currently have a vacancy for a Marketing Manager that will help shape the image of the trust, not only in the local community but across the county. This is a new and varied role which provides a real opportunity to manage the development of the trust brand and illuminate the potential of our trust.

You will be expected to work alongside Principals and other key members of staff across the trust to understand what makes Trinity MAT such an innovative and vibrant trust. With this understanding and your expertise you will then ensure this message is understood by all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a lead role in developing the trust’s online presence to help raise the trust’s profile. A confident communicator, you will manage all of the trust’s internal and external communications, ensuring key messages are understood and communication is consistent.

To excel in this role, it would be beneficial for you to have a degree or equivalent level of experience within marketing.

This is a new, diverse role and provides an exciting opportunity to join an expanding multi-academy trust, with a supportive and encouraging staff base.

The trust offers a range of benefits to staff and we invest in the professional development of staff at all levels, enabling us to offer comprehensive, regular CPD opportunities.

Candidates must be fully committed to optimising the opportunities that are available to children and young people in our academies, secure in the knowledge that you will be key in the long term development of an ambitious and forward-thinking trust.

Trinity Multi Academy Trust is a Diocesan multi academy trust that is open to schools of all faiths and none. The trust is committed to working within a respectful and compassionate environment and exists to serve the students in its care. We encourage all schools within the trust to celebrate their distinctive identity, whilst actively supporting each other to share best practice and their commitment to continual improvement.

In 2010, when Trinity Academy Halifax (TAH) opened in Calderdale, the plan was to address a decade of underperformance at secondary school level. Since then the academy has been rated as ‘outstanding’ twice. It has also established Trinity Institute of Education (formerly Trinity Teaching School Alliance) and the West Yorkshire Maths Hub, both of which have helped to raise pupil performance in hundreds of schools across the country.

In 2015 Trinity MAT was established. It now contains ten academies covering from nursery stage through to post-16, including two brand new secondary schools which opened in September 2021. The MAT has seen numerous educational changes but one thing has remained constant; we know what works, and so we have formed a group of like-minded schools to make a positive difference on a wider scale.

Our people are key to our continued growth and success. There is a relentless focus on improving standards for all children and young people in our care.  Working within the trust gives all staff the opportunity to work with some of the best practitioners and leaders, regardless of your location.

Our improvement strategies are based on clear systems and support, from our outstanding behaviour systems to regular teacher led CPD sessions, the trust recognises the value of empowering staff through quality weekly CPD, training and support. At the heart of our people strategies are the opportunities for staff at all levels to develop and progress their career.
