Job overview
Two Maternity Cover Teachers Required from Easter 2018
Kirton Primary School has been rated the best state-funded primary school in Lincolnshire by the Real Schools Guide - for the second year running.
We are looking for two maternity cover teachers from April 2018 – one for a Reception class and one for a Y2 class. We have two parallel Reception classes and three parallel Y2 classes.
The successful applicants would be welcomed by a dedicated and friendly team of staff and amazing children. We would provide supportive resources, including the expertise of a team of excellent teaching assistants. Our teachers work in a supportive and collaborative environment. PPA time is taken at the same time as that of other members of the year-group team and we take advantage of many published schemes of work to reduce planning.
We welcome applications from both experienced class teachers and those near the beginning of their career. Visits to the school are warmly encouraged.
For an application pack or to book a visit, please contact Lisa Lea, Administrator, on 01205 722236 or e-mail lisa.lea@parliamentfederation.co.uk.
Applications packs are also available on our website at www.kirton-boston.lincs.sch.uk/Job-Vacancies.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The posts are subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Barred List check.
Closing date: 21st March 2018. Interview date: 26th March 2018
